Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026. Operated by Octane Method.

Who we are

Octane Method is an advertising agency based in Michigan, working with businesses nationwide (US). This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or submit an application, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you submit the application form we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you offer, and your answer about how your jobs are booked today. We also receive standard technical information from your browser, such as IP address, device type, pages viewed and referring page.

How we use it

We use your information to review your application, contact you about booking a strategy call, respond to your questions, and provide services if you become a client. We use technical information to keep the site working and to understand which pages people use.

Advertising and analytics platforms

This site may use cookies and similar technologies from advertising and analytics providers, including Meta and Google, to measure site activity and campaign performance. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the ad settings offered by those platforms.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it with service providers who help us operate, such as email, hosting, scheduling and customer relationship tools, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Text and email contact

By submitting the application you agree that we may contact you by email, phone and text about your application and your strategy call. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or by writing to the address below.

Retention and security

We keep application information for as long as we need it to evaluate the application and, if you become a client, for as long as we provide services and as required for tax and legal records. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask what we hold about you. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Send requests to the contact address below and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
