Agreement to these terms
By using this site or submitting an application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the site itself. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement between you and Octane Method.
What this site is for
This site describes advertising services for mobile detailing, ceramic coating and window tint businesses and lets you apply for a strategy call. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either side to work together.
Applications and calls
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of your business. We review each application and may decline any application for any lawful reason. Scheduled calls may be rescheduled or cancelled by either side.
Fees and ad spend
Service fees and ad spend are set out in your written agreement. Ad spend is separate from the service fee and is billed by the advertising platforms to the account holder. Nothing on this site is an offer of a specific price.
Third party platforms
Advertising runs on platforms we do not control, including Meta and Google. Their policies, approval decisions, pricing and outages are outside our control, and you agree to comply with their terms when we run campaigns for your business.
Results
Advertising results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity, your response times and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific number of leads, bookings or revenue.
Intellectual property
The Octane Method name, the site design, and the text and images on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery used to show the trade and does not depict work performed for any client.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Octane Method is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
